Binance Accelerator Program - Marketing BD Operations

The company is looking for an early-career Marketing BD Operations candidate to support the Central Business Development team with marketing campaign planning, partner activations, market research, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. This fixed-term accelerator role is designed for current university students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, business development, partner coordination, and campaign execution in a fast-moving digital technology environment.

Support the Central Business Development team with marketing operations tasks.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
Support campaign activations with listed projects and business partners.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and project teams.
Help increase partner participation in marketing campaigns and activations.
Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Analyze market trends and campaign opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
Prepare campaign updates and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to support successful campaign delivery.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaign requirements are clear.
Support day-to-day marketing and business development operations.
Help improve communication flow between business development, marketing, and partner teams.

Current university student or recent graduate.
Bachelor’s degree or studies in Business, Marketing, or another relevant field.
Strong interest in marketing, business development, and campaign operations.
Interest in blockchain and digital technology is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to build and manage professional relationships.
Detail-oriented working style.
Ability to work independently.
