Head of Product Management

The company is looking for a highly technical Head of Product Management to build and lead an AI-native product management function from the ground up. This leadership role focuses on defining product strategy, operating models, workflows, tooling, metrics, and execution standards for a portfolio of AI-related products, including internal platforms, enterprise solutions, developer tools, and client-facing offerings.

Build and lead an AI-native Product Management function.
Define product management processes, workflows, tooling, metrics, and operating standards.
Own product strategy and execution across a portfolio of AI-related products.
Manage internal platforms, enterprise products, developer tools, and client-facing offerings.
Partner with AI leadership on roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution.
Establish AI-first approaches to product discovery, requirements generation, specification management, analytics, and experimentation.
Apply AI automation across the product management lifecycle to increase speed, scale, and efficiency.
Work directly with executive leadership on strategic AI initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, AI research, delivery, sales, marketing, and customer stakeholders.
Coordinate product strategy and execution across engineering, AI, and business teams.
Build and mentor a high-performing product management organization over time.
Support adoption of AI-native product management practices across the company.
Improve product delivery, operational efficiency, and portfolio coordination through AI-driven methods.

5+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership responsibility.
Proven experience managing multiple complex software or platform products.
Strong experience with AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI products.
Deep understanding of modern LLM ecosystems, AI agents, and AI tooling.
Hands-on use of AI automation platforms and AI assistants in daily work.
Ability to operate effectively in highly technical environments alongside engineering teams.
Experience building new organizational functions or operating frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and strong execution capability.
Familiarity with the Anthropic Claude ecosystem and AI-native workflows is a plus.
Experience with developer platforms, AI infrastructure, or AI coding systems is a plus.
Experience with open-source products or communities is a plus.
Familiarity with autonomous software development and AI-native engineering is a plus.
Experience scaling product organizations at high-growth technology companies is a plus.
Technical background in software engineering or computer science is a plus.
