Vahan Hovhannisyan is a Community Manager and Customer Support Specialist with over 8 years of experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including 4+ years of hands-on community moderation and user support. He has managed and moderated online communities of more than 5,000 members, helping users, resolving disputes, enforcing community guidelines, preventing scams, and maintaining positive engagement across Telegram and other communication platforms. Vahan holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.), bringing strong analytical thinking, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to community and customer-facing roles. Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, he is experienced in working with international teams and supporting diverse user bases. I am a medical student currently focusing on pharmacology, clinical research, and gaining practical experience in pharmacovigilance and clinical trial processes. My goal is to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in drug safety and clinical research.
