Արեգնազ Նադարյան

I am a psychologist and HR specialist based in Armenia. I studied psychology at the European University of Armenia, cognitive behavior at Selart International University, and HR management at Persona Business Academy.

I help people and small businesses with:
- Writing and improving CVs
- Screening candidates and shortlisting CVs
- Writing job descriptions and vacancy posts
- Preparing interview questions
- Online psychological consultations

I also use AI tools to evaluate candidates and speed up HR tasks, so the work is done quickly and with attention to detail. I communicate clearly, respect deadlines, and keep client information confidential.
