Accounting Assistant

Prop Firm Match Global – FZCO is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support the accuracy, reliability, and control of its financial records. This role focuses on recording transactions, performing reconciliations, maintaining clean accounting documentation, supporting reporting cycles, and helping keep the company’s books structured, compliant, and audit-ready.

Accurately record financial transactions in accounting systems.
Maintain organized and reliable financial records.
Perform reconciliations and review financial data for inconsistencies.
Ensure correct categorization of expenses, revenues, and transfers.
Support month-end closing and regular reporting activities.
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
Help prepare documents for internal or external audit requests.
Support compliance with internal accounting processes and standards.
Identify errors early and help improve financial control.
Work with accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online.

1–3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support roles.
Strong proficiency in accounting software, especially QuickBooks Online or similar systems.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger management.
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in financial data entry.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structured records.
Ability to spot inconsistencies and support clean, audit-ready books.
Good communication skills and ability to work remotely.
Experience in a fast-paced or international environment is a plus.
