Technical Writer

Sumsub is seeking a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation for its identity verification and compliance platform. The role involves collaborating with engineers and product teams to develop technical guides, API documentation, and user manuals that support developers and customers using the platform.

Write and maintain technical documentation

Create API documentation and developer guides

Collaborate with engineering and product teams

Translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions

Update documentation as products evolve

Maintain documentation standards and style consistency

Support internal and external knowledge base content

Experience as a Technical Writer or Documentation Specialist

Strong written English communication skills

Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly

Familiarity with software development concepts

Experience with documentation tools and version control

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with API documentation is a plus
