Account Manager (English Language)

SoftConstruct is a leading technology company seeking an Account Manager with strong English language skills to manage and develop relationships with international clients. The role focuses on account management, client communication, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Manage and develop relationships with assigned client accounts

Serve as the main point of contact for English-speaking clients

Understand client needs and coordinate solutions with internal teams

Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates

Monitor account performance and ensure service quality

Resolve client issues and maintain long-term partnerships

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

Ensure compliance with company processes and standards

Experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Client-oriented and results-driven mindset

Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in IT, iGaming, or tech companies is a plus
