Data Analyst

The company is hiring a remote Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making, reporting, analytics, and business performance monitoring across its digital trading and fintech products. Analyze business, product, and operational data to support decision-making.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for stakeholders.
Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Work with large datasets related to fintech, trading, customer behavior, or digital product performance.
Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and business teams to define data needs.
Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and recurring analytics processes.
Present insights in a clear and actionable way for business teams.

Experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar analytical role.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.
Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into business insights.
Understanding of fintech, trading, financial markets, or digital products is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.
