International Customer Support Specialist

Digitain is a leading iGaming software provider seeking an International Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support to international partners and clients. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless service experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.

Provide professional customer support to international clients via chat, email, and phone

Handle inquiries related to products, services, and system usage

Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical cases when required

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

Cooperate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards

Work in shifts, including night and weekend rotations when required

Experience in customer support or service roles (iGaming experience is a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Ability to work in a shift-based environment

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Basic computer literacy and system navigation skills
