Manual QA Tester

Block Labs is a technology studio working across Web3, Artificial Intelligence, and iGaming. The Manual QA Tester role is a full-time remote Engineering position focused on testing digital products, identifying bugs, validating features, documenting issues, and supporting product quality before release.

Test web and digital products manually to identify bugs and usability issues.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases.
Perform functional, regression, UI, and exploratory testing.
Report bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected results.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to verify fixes.
Help ensure product quality before release.
Support QA processes across remote engineering workflows.

Experience as a Manual QA Tester or Software QA Engineer.
Strong understanding of manual testing methods and QA processes.
Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases.
Experience with web application testing.
Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Familiarity with issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, or similar platforms.
Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly with technical teams.
Knowledge of Web3, AI, or gaming-related products is an advantage.
