Marketing Creative Lead

NextChallenge is looking for a Marketing Creative Lead to drive creative strategy and execution across performance marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead the ideation, production, and optimization of marketing creatives, working closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to maximize campaign impact and performance across digital channels.

Lead creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns

Develop and oversee production of high-performing marketing creatives

Collaborate with marketing, growth, and design teams

Analyze creative performance metrics and optimize based on data

Manage creative workflows, timelines, and priorities

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets

Test new creative concepts and formats to improve ROI

Mentor and guide creative team members

Proven experience in marketing creative, performance marketing, or related roles

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative formats

Experience leading creative initiatives or teams

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze creative performance

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization is a plus
