Product Data Analyst

EMCD is a global crypto infrastructure company providing a mining pool, multi-currency wallet, crypto savings, and instant P2P exchange services through one app. The company is hiring a Product Data Analyst in Yerevan, Armenia, to lead analytics for the Trading Solutions product area, support data-informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, build dashboards, and develop experimentation frameworks.

Own and lead analytics for the Trading Solutions product area.
Identify new business growth opportunities and generate hypotheses to improve key metrics.
Analyze product changes and evaluate product initiatives.
Help the team approach problems structurally and make data-driven decisions.
Build a dashboard system and alerting framework to monitor deviations in key metrics.
Create analytical tools and set up analytical processes such as A/B testing and data logging.
Develop a culture of experimentation and hypothesis validation across the company.

4+ years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst.
Excellent SQL knowledge.
Strong Python proficiency, including areas beyond the standard analytics stack.
Experience with major BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
Hands-on experience with experiments and A/B testing is a plus.
Strong understanding of statistics.
Passion for systematization, organization, and maintaining order.
Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus.
Experience with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage.
Experience in technology companies is a plus.
