Sales Service Specialist

Telecom Armenia is looking for a Sales Service Specialist to join its team in Yerevan. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer service, consulting clients on company products and services, handling sales-related inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic retail or service environment.

Provide professional customer service and sales support to clients

Consult customers on Telecom Armenia products and services

Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently

Process service activations, modifications, and sales transactions

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Meet individual and team sales and service targets

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset

Ability to work under pressure and with targets

Basic computer and system usage skills

Knowledge of telecom products is a plus
