Lightspeed is seeking a Software Developer to join its engineering team and help build scalable commerce solutions for businesses worldwide. The role involves developing high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the design and implementation of innovative cloud-based systems.

Develop and maintain scalable software applications

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Collaborate with product managers and engineers

Participate in system design and architecture discussions

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices

Ensure high performance and reliability of systems

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience in software development

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or similar

Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development tools

Understanding of software architecture principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good English communication skills
