Talent Acquisition Specialist

LoftyHire is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a remote environment. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for clients and applicants.

Source and screen candidates through various channels

Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments

Coordinate interview processes with clients

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases

Ensure timely communication with applicants

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Track hiring metrics and recruitment performance

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing platforms

Organizational and time management skills

Experience in remote recruitment is a plus

Fluency in English
