Technical Project Manager (AI focus)

Tabby is looking for a Technical Project Manager with an AI focus to support AI transformation within the People Tech & Strategy function. This role focuses on implementing AI tools and automations, building secure and scalable AI infrastructure for internal People operations, improving workflows, enabling non-technical HR teams to use AI confidently, and delivering measurable business outcomes through practical AI adoption.

Build and maintain secure and scalable AI infrastructure for the People function.
Define clear standards for safe AI tool deployment.
Ensure AI initiatives align with compliance, risk management, and data protection requirements.
Design and run structured AI training programs for People and HR teams.
Help non-technical teams move from AI awareness to confident and effective AI usage.
Implement and optimize AI tools and workflow automations in business processes.
Translate technical AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly internal solutions.
Integrate AI and technology solutions into existing People systems and workflows.
Own AI transformation projects end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes.
Coordinate stakeholders across People, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and business teams.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better employee experience.
Communicate project progress, risks, decisions, and adoption results clearly.

Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing AI tools and automations in a business environment.
Strong technical understanding of AI platforms, integrations, and workflow automation tools.
Experience integrating AI or technology solutions into internal systems and business processes.
Experience in a larger or complex organization with exposure to compliance, risk management, and data governance.
Track record of owning transformation projects end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into practical solutions for non-technical HR or People teams.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and enablement skills.
Ability to educate, influence, and build confidence around AI adoption.
Prior experience working within or alongside an HR / People function is a plus.
Familiarity with HR tech ecosystems such as ATS, HRIS, LMS, or performance management systems is a plus.
Experience building or deploying AI chatbots or conversational agents for internal use cases is a plus.
Exposure to FinTech, high-growth startups, or regulated industries in the MENA region is a plus.
Hands-on experience with AI development or prompt engineering workflows is a plus.
