babak shiraghaei

I am a journalist and content producer with many years of experience in reporting, writing and multimedia work.

I started in sports journalism, but over the years my work has expanded into research, interviews, social media content, video, scripts and voice-over. I have worked in fast-moving news environments where accuracy matters and where you often have to make sense of a lot of information very quickly.

One of the biggest projects I worked on was the 2022 FIFA World Cup, where I provided live text coverage for 32 matches. I have also worked as a media officer and multimedia journalist, so I am comfortable moving between writing, editing, video and day-to-day communication work.

I enjoy work that involves research, finding the right angle and explaining something clearly. I work in Persian and English, and I can also translate and adapt English content for Persian-speaking audiences.

I am currently based in Armenia and looking for work in journalism, content writing, editing, translation and multimedia production.
