The bot can collect requests, show request cards, update statuses, let managers reply to customers and edit request details, and export requests to Excel. We test the setup with a sample request and review how to use it before handover.
StroyAI runs on your Windows computer while it is switched on and connected to the internet. It is not a cloud-hosted service. You create the Telegram bot and enter its token locally; please never send the token in chat. Cloud hosting, payment processing, complex estimates, and custom integrations require a separate agreement.
