Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide professional support to international users, handle account and transaction-related inquiries, and ensure a secure and high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Provide customer support via chat, email, and ticketing systems

Assist users with account, trading, and transaction-related questions

Investigate issues and provide timely, accurate solutions

Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant internal teams

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Follow internal security, compliance, and operational procedures

Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets

Work in shifts as required by 24/7 operations

Experience in customer support or service-related roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Basic understanding of cryptocurrency or financial platforms is a plus

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
