Customer Support Specialist

Provide customer support via chat, email, or ticketing systems

Assist clients with account setup, verification, and general inquiries

Support users with platform-related questions

Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently

Escalate complex or compliance-related cases when required

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow internal procedures, SLAs, and regulatory guidelines

Experience in customer support or service-related roles

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Basic understanding of financial services or trading platforms is a plus

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
