You will work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to create playable ads and interactive experiences that attract and engage new users.

Design gameplay concepts and mechanics for marketing creatives and playable ads

Develop clear design documentation and specifications

Collaborate with marketing, designers, and developers to implement concepts

Analyze performance of marketing creatives and suggest improvements

Iterate on game mechanics based on data and feedback

Ensure creatives align with Playrix brand and game vision

Support senior designers in creative ideation and execution

Interest in game design and mobile games

Understanding of basic game mechanics and player engagement principles

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate ideas clearly

Basic knowledge of game design tools or engines is a plus
