Performance Marketer (Full Remote - Armenia)

EverAI is hiring a Performance Marketer for a full-time remote role in Armenia. The position focuses on end-to-end user acquisition, campaign setup, creative iteration, data analysis, and performance optimization in a fast-paced growth environment.

Execute the full user acquisition cycle, launch and optimize campaigns, iterate on creatives, analyze performance data, and help improve growth efficiency across acquisition funnels.

Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
Strong analytical ability and comfort working with campaign data.
Familiarity with campaign setup, optimization, creative testing, and growth metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
Good communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
Experience with paid acquisition channels is an advantage.
