Project Manager - Data Science Integrations Teams

Constructor is hiring a remote Project Manager for its Data Science Integrations Teams. Constructor is an AI-powered product search and discovery platform for ecommerce companies. This role focuses on coordinating and scaling the Data Science Integrations organization by improving intake, prioritization, planning, capacity management, cross-team coordination, workflow automation, operational visibility, and knowledge sharing across data science, machine learning, experiments, and customer-facing teams.

Establish scalable intake, prioritization, and planning processes to improve visibility into incoming work.
Reduce reactive coordination across teams.
Partner with Data Science Integrations analysts and engineering managers to improve capacity planning.
Ensure workloads remain balanced and aligned with customer priorities.
Improve cross-team coordination between Data Science Integrations, Machine Learning teams, the internal Experiments platform, and Customer Success.
Introduce tooling, automation, or dashboards to reduce manual coordination work.
Increase transparency into request status, workloads, and delivery timelines.
Facilitate operational rituals such as standups, planning preparation, and cross-team coordination meetings.
Support knowledge sharing and alignment across the Data Science Integrations teams as the organization grows.

4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operations roles in technical or data-driven environments.
Strong ability to coordinate and automate complex workflows involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
Experience designing or improving operational processes, tooling, or automation that increases team efficiency.
Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and introduce scalable process improvements.
Comfort operating in fast-growing environments where processes and team structures evolve over time.
Experience improving operational workflows through automation, AI tools, and internal tooling.
Experience working with data science, experimentation, or machine learning teams is a plus.
