How to Request Deletion

If you connected your Anqello account with Facebook, follow these steps to request deletion of your Facebook-related data:

  1. 1Open your Facebook settings and go to Apps and Websites.
  2. 2Find and remove the Anqello app from your connected apps.
  3. 3Send a deletion request to [email protected] with your Facebook account email and Anqello account email.
  4. 4Our team verifies and processes your request, then sends a confirmation.

What We Delete

  • •Facebook login association with your Anqello account
  • •Facebook token and provider identifiers stored for sign-in
  • •Profile data received from Facebook that is no longer required

What We May Retain
